When and where is TÜRKONFED 27th Business Summit held?
General
The event takes place on 25 September 2026 - 26 September 2026 at WINDYHILL OTEL ELAZIĞ. The event venue is planned as WINDYHILL OTEL ELAZIĞ, Türkiye.
Who is this event for?
General
The event is designed for federation representatives, holding and industrial companies, investors, CEOs, and corporate business professionals. The goal is to deliver both content and networking access through clear packages over two program days.
What is the registration deadline?
General
Based on active event data, registrations are planned to close by 25 September 2026. Early registration is recommended for accommodation packages because room and transfer capacity may be limited.
How many participants can I register in one transaction?
General
You can create 1 to 20 tickets in the same transaction. For group registration, each participant receives separate personal details and separate portal access.
Which payment methods are available during registration?
General
During registration, payment is collected only by credit or debit card through iyzico. Your card details are processed on your bank's secure screen.
How are tickets and invoices delivered after payment approval?
General
When card payment completes successfully, your ticket, QR code, and invoice are prepared automatically. Documents are sent by email and are also available in the participant portal.
When can I request transfer?
General
Transfer requests are created during registration. Two route options are available: Elazığ Airport - Hotel - Elazığ Airport and Elazığ Train Station - Hotel - Elazığ Train Station (round trip).
How can I submit cancellation, name change, or special operations requests?
General
These requests are handled by the operations team. For the fastest response, contact turkonfedzirve@hifive.com.tr or +90 530 359 30 11 with your package name, registration number, and request details.

Why is there a price difference between accommodation packages (Classic Plus and Classic)?

Price differences reflect hotel segments and how easily guests can reach summit sessions:
Classic Plus Package (WINDYHILL HOTEL ELAZIĞ & Four Points by Sheraton)
Classic Package (Ramada Plaza Hotel & DoubleTree by Hilton)
This package offers well-known global chain quality at more economical terms. Ramada Plaza and DoubleTree by Hilton provide comfortable business lodging.
All hotels in both packages include regular free shuttle service to the summit center (WINDYHILL HOTEL ELAZIĞ) aligned with program hours.
When is room assignment confirmed for accommodation packages?
Logistics
When you select an accommodation package, hotel preference is collected during registration. The operations team confirms room number and final lodging details afterward based on capacity and placement plan.
Which transfer routes are covered?
Logistics
Active transfer routes are: Elazığ Havalimanı - Konaklama Oteli - Elazığ Havalimanı, Elazığ Garı - Konaklama Oteli - Elazığ Garı. You can leave a request during registration based on your package or needs.
Is there a separate program for spouses?
Logistics
Accommodation packages include the Elazığ tour program for spouses. This benefit is organized together with lodging logistics under the package.
Which packages include the Harput Castle tour?
Logistics
Packages with meeting access list the Harput Castle tour as part of the experience. Accommodation packages include all meeting and gala benefits, so they cover this experience as well.
